Each level has a new routine containing the moves you have learned each week, improving cardio (shedding some pounds).
”Hi, my name is Jenni Barr. I fell in love with the art of pole several years ago and it is definitely become a great passion of mine. As with Aerial hoop which is now available, I find them highly addictive as there are always new moves to try and new combinations, routines to make. There is a great sense of achievement perfecting a new trick.
I currently have OCR exercise to music, anatomy and physiology, Certified First Aider, Flexibility, Pilates Diploma, Aerial Hoop and ongoing teacher training.
